===== School/Admin Terms =====
Step 1: Authorized access
School/Admin user पुष्टि करता/करती है कि वह संबंधित school/institution की ओर से इस software का उपयोग करने के लिए अधिकृत है।

Step 2: Software usage purpose
Easy Manage School का उपयोग student record, fee, attendance, exam/marksheet, TC/LC, certificates, documents, staff, reports, parent portal और digital learning management के लिए किया जाएगा।

Step 3: School/Admin responsibility
School/Admin सही data entry, authorised user creation, password safety, document confidentiality, backup और lawful use के लिए जिम्मेदार रहेगा।

Step 4: Service provider role
Easy Manage School software, updates, support, backup/restore guidance और security improvements उपलब्ध कराता है। School द्वारा enter किए गए data की सत्यता school की जिम्मेदारी होगी।

Step 5: Data privacy consent
School/Admin student, parent, staff और academic/fee records को school management purpose के लिए process करने की सहमति देता/देती है और parent/student consent process का पालन करेगा/करेगी।

Step 6: Content policy
School/Admin केवल अपना, licensed या legally allowed study material upload करेगा। किसी third-party paid/copyrighted content का unauthorized उपयोग नहीं होगा।

Step 7: Plan, subscription और expiry
Plan के अनुसार features enable/disable हो सकते हैं। Plan expire होने पर data delete नहीं होगा; grace/restricted mode के बाद renewal पर records continue होंगे।

Step 8: Prohibited use
Fake certificate, unauthorized data sharing, password misuse, illegal content upload, hacking/tampering या दूसरे school का data access prohibited है।

Step 9: Backup and safety
Regular backup लेना school/admin की जिम्मेदारी है। Server/device/user mistake से data loss की recovery available backup पर निर्भर करेगी।

Step 10: Acceptance
मैं School/Admin user के रूप में Easy Manage School की Terms & Conditions और Data Privacy Policy पढ़कर स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।

===== Data Privacy & Consent Policy =====
Step 1: Data collection
System में school profile, student details, APPAR ID, parent details, staff details, fee record, attendance, marks, certificates, documents, learning progress, quiz result, login logs और support data save हो सकता है।

Step 2: Processing purpose
Data का उपयोग school management, fee receipt, attendance, exam/marksheet, certificate, parent portal, digital learning, report, backup, support और security purpose के लिए किया जाएगा।

Step 3: Data ownership
School द्वारा enter किया गया academic/administrative data संबंधित school का रहेगा। Easy Manage School service delivery, technical support, security, backup और maintenance के लिए data process कर सकता है।

Step 4: Consent
School/Admin/Parent/Student specified school management और digital learning purpose के लिए data processing की सहमति देते हैं। Minor student के लिए parent/legal guardian consent माना जाएगा।

Step 5: Access control
Role और plan के अनुसार access दिया जाएगा। Super Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Principal, Parent/Student को अलग-अलग अनुमति होगी।

Step 6: Data sharing
Data केवल authorized school staff, parent/student portal user, technical support, hosting/backup provider या legal requirement की स्थिति में share/process किया जा सकता है। Data unrelated marketing या resale के लिए नहीं बेचा जाएगा।

Step 7: Security
Strong password, captcha, terms acceptance log, audit log, secure document link, storage protection और backup system का उपयोग data safety के लिए किया जाएगा।

Step 8: Retention और expiry
School plan expire होने पर data तुरंत delete नहीं होगा। Data safe रहेगा और renewal के बाद continue किया जा सकेगा।

Step 9: User rights
Applicable policy/law के अनुसार data access, correction, update, consent withdrawal और grievance request school office/support को दी जा सकती है।

Step 10: Acceptance
मैं Data Privacy, Consent और Data Protection Policy पढ़कर specified school management purpose के लिए data processing स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
